Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lofi, a design and wireframing canvas operated by lofistudio, Inc. (“lofistudio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using lofi (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to both you and the organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
lofi is a collaborative low-fidelity design canvas that lets you sketch frames, generate wireframes with AI assistance, iterate on flows, and hand the result off to engineering tools. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also impose reasonable usage limits or restrict access to certain features by plan.
3. Your account
You need an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly at hello@studiolofi.com if you suspect any unauthorized access. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
- Upload, generate, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or underlying models, except where applicable law expressly permits.
- Probe, attack, or interfere with the Service, or use it to transmit malware or send unsolicited communications.
- Resell, sublicense, or use the Service to build a competing product.
We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including removing content or suspending accounts.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the designs, wireframes, files, prompts, and other materials you upload, create, or generate using the Service (“Your Content”). You grant lofistudio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights necessary to upload Your Content.
6. AI features and output
The Service uses third-party AI providers, including Anthropic, to power generation features. By using these features you understand that:
- Generated output is produced probabilistically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or publishing it.
- The same or similar output may be returned to other users. To the extent permitted by law, lofistudio assigns to you any rights it has in output generated for you, subject to your continued compliance with these Terms.
- Do not use AI features to create content that is harmful, deceptive, or that violates the providers’ usage policies.
7. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (for example, Google sign-in, Vercel hosting, AI providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Plans, fees, and trials
Some features are offered on paid plans. Fees, billing periods, and included usage are described at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable, are exclusive of taxes, and renew automatically until you cancel. We may change pricing on renewal with reasonable notice. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid plan unless you cancel before it ends.
9. Our intellectual property
The Service, including the lofi name, logo, and underlying technology, is owned by lofistudio and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete Your Content after a reasonable retention period. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOFISTUDIO AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless lofistudio and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and lofistudio consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Nothing in this section limits either party’s right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by email or in-product notice) before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
